The MBA programme in St. Gallen combines a large and high-quality faculty with small classes. The University of St. Gallen contains by far the largest business faculty in the region, with some 80 professors spanning all relevant management fields. At St. Gallen, unlike at most other prestigious MBA programmes,students do not sit in large groups. On the contrary, the St. Gallen approach has always been to enable close interaction between students and professors.  

Short programme duration

The MBA programme in St. Gallen lasts only twelve months, which is significantly shorter than many other leading MBA programmes. As aresult, the total cost of studies will be lower.

Schwerpunkte / Curriculum

The MBA curriculum is designed to offer a strong combination of theoretical learning and practical application in a challenging international setting.

Participants are required to take 9 compulsory core courses followed by 9 electives.  Each year the selection of electives on offer changes based on changing market conditions and feedback from current and past participants.

The final term is dedicated to a corporate MBA project, which can be either an academic Thesis or an in-company project.
