Red Bull, Steinbeis University and SMBS – University of Salzburg Business School offer an 18 month trainee program with the unique opportunity to earn the academic degree of MBE – Master of Business and Engineering as well as gain professional work experience at Red Bull.
Over these 18 months you will spend 17 weeks studying in MBE seminars and 60 weeks working on your project at Red Bull. This traineeship qualifies you as a young executive and addresses high potentials who are interested in a challenging future and career at Red Bull. • Project work in several departments at Red Bull

Most importantly, we are looking for strong individuals with the ability to work successful in teams, who are willing to dedicate themselves to work on a challenging project and study an international master program.
