Schwerpunkte / Curriculum
The program is divided into two semesters.
In Semester 1 there are 9 core courses to be studied. The core courses include International Management, International Economics, Strategic Management, Financial Accounting, International Finance, International Marketing, Human Resource Management, Managing Cultural Diversity and Team Dynamics. Also part of the core courses is a Group Project. It normally takes the form of a consulting project for a real company. Students will work in groups of five. They are jointly required to manage the project from outset through written and oral presentation under the supervision of a professor.
In Semester 2 there are 4 core courses, the continuation of the Group Project and the thesis. The core courses include Operations and Supply Chain Management, Advanced Stragic Management, Leadership and a Business Game. The thesis is a piece of written work prepared on individual or group basis scientifically dealing with a practical business problem. Each thesis is individually supervised by a professor teaching in the related field.
