Global Executive MBA in General ManagementThe Omnium Global Executive MBA is a 18-month-long part-time program that combines the curriculum strengths of a traditional MBA in general management with the added advantage of a global approach. The University of St Gallen, in collaboration with the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, offers students from around the world this opportunity to come together for a unique experience that spans four continents over six intensive, two-to three-week modules. The program’s learning experience is enhanced by the heterogeneity of participants, with each class being represented by an average of 14 different nationalities.
Each residential module combines in-class work, company visits, workshops, and guest speakers, to create a unique learning experience for students. The course integrates a flexible format with residential modules in Brazil, India, China, North America and Europe as well as the use of advanced distance-learning technologies to enhance student pre- and post-residency learning. Participants can live and work anywhere while completing the Omnium program, and can continue on a fast track career path at home. Upon successful completion of the program, graduates earn a dual MBA degree from two exceptional, internationally recognized universities.

You visit eight key centres of international business Above all, Omnium is mobile. You learn about the world by going into the world. A series of six short-term international residencies takes you to eight key centres of international business on four continents.
You learn from local managers Omnium is a general management MBA addressing core business disciplines from a global perspective. Courses are taught by faculty from the two lead universities and from local partner institutions. Faculty teaching is supplemented with presentations by guest speakers and with extensive fieldwork.
You learn from your peers An essential feature of the Omnium experience is learning from your peers. Drawn from countries around the world and all walk of professional businesslife, your classmates make crucial contributions to understanding important business challenges and issues.
You remain in post and place Omnium is designed to be completed part-time while participants continue their work as managers. There are no geographical limits to participation. Admission Criteria for the Omnium Global Executive MBA Program
Work Experience Five years of work experience with a minimum of three years at the management level. Degree Requirement Recognized undergraduate degree or equivalent. A GMAT test with a minimum score of 500 is required for applicants without an undergraduate degree. English Proficiency Candidates with degrees from institutions where the primary language of instruction is not English are required to pass an English proficiency test (TOEFL test with a minimum score of 93 on the iBT including a minimum score of 22 on the writing and speaking sections and 580 if paper-based. Alternatively, the minimum score required on an IELTS test is 7.0). EDT Test Successful completion of the Executive MBA Diagnostic Test (EDT) if the candidate has not successfully completed a GMAT. Sample questions can be found on the Omnium homepage. Leadership Skills Experience working in teams, working internationally and demonstrated leadership skills (to be assessed during the interview).

Step 1: Pre-Application Complete and submit the online pre-application form Step 2: Telephone Interview All candidates will be contacted within two business days of receipt of the pre-application form. Eligible candidates only will be asked to schedule a telephone interview. This interview provides an opportunity for the candidate and a program director to discuss the candidate’s fit with the program and for the candidate to ask questions. Step 3: Application Form Eligible candidates only will then be asked to complete and submit a formal application including resume, references, self-evaluation questions, university transcripts, etc. Step 4: Final Assessment Once candidates submit a completed formal application including a $300 CAD application fee, the admissions committee will perform a final assessment for your participation in the Omnium program. Dual MBA Degree Graduates of the program will receive an MBA degree from the University of Toronto and a Global Executive MBA degree from the University of St.Gallen.
