Our DBA programme focuses on building critical reflection, critical thinking, and doctoral-level skills. You should graduate with the knowledge and expertise necessary to apply what you’ve learned in a variety of organisational and managerial settings. Modules include Change and Crisis Management, Leadership and Community, and Ethics, Sustainability and Social Impact.
Schwerpunkte / Curriculum
The admission requirements consist of a Masters degree from a recognised institution, and aminimum of two years of relevant work experience, including at least some responsibility for coordinating or managing the activity of colleagues. Students must have ongoing scope to interact with other Higher Education professionals, and to conduct investigative exercises in an educational setting in order to complete assessment tasks on the programme.
